What's the best budgeting resource? Can be software or books. I just want to start a monthly & yearly budget for my family. I want it to be super user friendly and not very expensive. Thanks in advance.

These days when pay is equal women still appear poorer than men because they fall prey for catchy slogans and shiny wrap paper at the mall. For example, I pay 50c for a item that I need, my girlfriend pays for a c50 item she doesnt need…Since its impossible to keep them from shopping, shouldnt they be paid more to achieve a true financial equality?

I have been behind on bills for the majority of this year! I know that I am not budgeting my income and my bills to the maximum. I have tried to budget and it has not worked!
