I’m not a stupid person but I can’t balance a checkbook to save my life and I have a lot of trouble making my money last between paydays, paying all the bills, etc. Any suggestions? (be kind!)

I’m looking for a good program you can get..perferably free or really cheap. to do envelope budgeting. I really need to track my checking, credit card, and spending accts.
I tried mypsendingplan.com but it is slow and keeps coming up with a script error.

Mvelopes.com is way to expensive..0.for a year.

I need something with the envelopes budgeting plan in mind, not the quicken type…like after the fact budgeting.

Any ideas on a good program?

Let’s say Larry has 3 from payday. He spends .23 on a new speedo to wear on the beach. Then he spends .34 on ice cream and pop. Next, his friend George, comes up to him asking for . Larry lends him .
