The House passed the bill Wednesday by an overwhelming vote. It provides 6 billion to the Defense Department for the budget year that began almost three months ago, a 4 percent increase for core Pentagon operations

Like budgeting very very tightly or just not going to an expensive college or something, but just by getting financial aid? Is it possible to go to college by having this kind of budget and saying no to student loans ?

I am trying to develop better habbits for keeping track of the money I spend. I would like a good template I could follow for organizing my spending that is practical and easy. Thanks for your help.

I am learning to live on my own…I am a college student…I was wondering if anyone had any advice or tips as how to budget money…like for rent, bills, groceries and then for fun things…I don’t have alot of money and I want to try to use it as responsibly as I can.

i can’t remember the name, but its a tv show, they teach how to budget, how to save, everything to do with money, but the lady that runs the show she also helps out struggling families. any help is appreciated.
