Where All Gifts Are Under $5

I want to be somewhat prepared for when my boyfriend of 6 years graduates from bootcamp and training at Camp Pendleton. I hear that I will have to rent by myself off grounds unless we are married? I would obviously want to start looking at careers in landscape architecture/ green building deisgn for which I have a Masters Degree. I know this will change him, and he may not ask me to be with him for the remaining 3 1/2 years , but I believe our love is strong and I want to be with him again eventually. This is really a hard thing to digest given his decision came so abruptly. But my hopes are that it will strengthen his respect and honor for what we have after it strengthens his personal goals and life discipline. HE needs this I know, its hard right now not feeling like our relationship stands first after so many years, but I support and respect this decision and pray I can be close to him. So I want to get an idea if any bases specialize in this job type.

budgeting for home owner association fee?

Jan 12, 2010 Author: | Filed under: Five Dollar Talk

I am looking into buying either a townhouse or a condo, and I know they come with association fees. In my area they usually run from 0 to 0 per month. I’ve asked a few questions on here already about buying a home, and I was told that when I get a mortgage I should make sure that it includes property taxes and homeowners insurance. Can that mortgage also include association fees? Or is that completely separate? I’m just thinking that having to budget for the association fees would reduce the amount I can afford to pay for a condo or townhouse. Another question, how can I figure out how much heat will cost me each winter? I’ve heard most condo associations in my area cost more, but include heat, whereas with a townhouse it costs less, but doesn’t include heat. I’d rather have a townhouse, but will the cost of heat and association fees put that out of my reach??

a) capital formation in the economy
b) planning future financing needs
c) evaluating investment alternatives
d) minimizing the cost of capital

What do you wish you had paid more for, or less for? Is there something you cut from the budget or did yourself, but now feel you should have paid someone else to do? Or is there something you wish you hadn’t spent so much money on? And even more importantly, what do you feel was money well spent?
