I have to create a budget at school for accounting dep. and I’m the controller. Any helpful hints what should be/must be included?
Revenue the inflows and expenses the outflows. For revenue think about what you are selling, how many units or items CAN be sold, research this. Expense how much it will cost to make and sell the item.
